Standard cabinet configuration is carbon steel with powder coating; optional upgrade to stainless steel cabinet available.
Optional upgrade configurations include: Full stainless steel construction (add suffix letter "B" to model number), EDI system (add letter "E" to model number), 304 stainless steel water tanks (standard/sterile), PLC + touch screen HMI interface, Ultraviolet sterilization unit, Leak protection system, Remote monitoring capability
Based on user water requirements, terminal water outlets can be paired with UPHW or ULPHW series ultra-pure water systems to achieve resistivity up to 18.2 MΩ·cm, meeting high-end application requirements such as HPLC, IC, MC, ICP, GC, TOC analysis, trace and ultra-trace inorganic and organic analysis, DNA sequencing, cell culture, and electrophoresis.
Inlet water pressure must be less than 1.5 kg/cm²; if higher, piping modification and installation of a raw water storage tank are required.
The illustrations and colors shown are for reference only; final product may vary depending on actual delivered unit.
The system features an independently developed, fully automatic control system with functions including automatic start/stop, self-diagnosis, water pressure protection, power outage protection, low-water protection, tank water shortage detection, automatic water production, automatic shutdown when tank is full, and safety automatic lock.
The system automatically performs rinsing, with real-time online display of operating status and key parameters (e.g., flow rate, pressure, water quality). Data storage and external printing capabilities are available as optional features.
The system is equipped with automatic detection, protection, alarm, and response functions for abnormal conditions such as water outages, power failures, and overloads.
To prevent bacterial growth and maintain water quality, the pretreatment unit includes a night-time standby rinse and regeneration function, while the reverse osmosis unit features automatic rinsing and pulsed standby rinse functions.
For emergency situations, the equipment includes a comprehensive emergency water supply function to ensure uninterrupted water delivery.
High-performance imported membranes are used, with ion removal efficiency of ≥99.5% and organic contaminant removal efficiency of ≥99.8%.
The system integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and ultrapure purification units, producing water that fully complies with national standards including GB/T 6682-2008, GB 33087, and GB 11446.1-2013.
Optional dedicated software enables remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions, providing data support for troubleshooting, and allows seamless integration with customer service centers.
