Energy-Saving & Cost-Effective: Low-power operation, long service life of consumables, and reduced long-term operating costs
ULUPURE offers a wide range of laboratory products, covering the needs of multiple scenarios such as scientific research and testing. Suitable for small, medium and large-sized laboratories, it supports customized solutions to meet the water demands of various precision experiments.
Pretreatment: Raw water first undergoes multi-stage precision filtration and activated carbon adsorption to effectively remove suspended particles, residual chlorine, and organic matter, providing protection for the core purification unit.
Core Purification: Utilizing reverse osmosis technology, water molecules are forced through a semi-permeable membrane under high pressure, efficiently removing the vast majority (>99%) of ions, microorganisms, and organic matter, producing primary pure water.
Deep Purification: The primary pure water passes through a continuous electro-deionization or ion exchange resin column to thoroughly remove residual ions, achieving an ultrapure water standard with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm.
Final Refinement: The ultrapure water finally passes through terminal filters such as ultraviolet oxidation and ultrafiltration to effectively degrade residual organic matter and retain any possible microorganisms and pyrogens, ensuring immediate use.
An ultrapure water system produces water of the highest purity by removing ions, organic compounds, particles, and microorganisms. It is essential for applications such as HPLC, LC-MS, cell culture, molecular biology, and analytical testing, as even trace impurities can compromise experimental accuracy and reproducibility.
Our systems are designed to meet the stringent purity requirements of critical laboratory workflows, including:
Life Sciences: Cell culture, PCR, nucleic acid sequencing, protein purification, and media preparation.
Analytical Chemistry: Supply of blank and dilution water for instruments such as HPLC, ICP-MS, and GC-MS.
Materials Science: Nanomaterial synthesis, semiconductor cleaning, and high-purity reagent production.
Quality & Testing: Reagent preparation, standard dilution, and environmental analysis.
Our systems consistently produce ultrapure water that meets or exceeds international standards:
Resistivity: ≥18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C
TOC: <5 ppb
Particles (>0.2 μm): <1 particle/mL
Bacteria: <1 CFU/mL
We ensure stable high-purity output through a robust four-stage purification process:
Pretreatment: Protects downstream components by removing suspended solids, chlorine, and organics.
Core Purification (RO): Eliminates >99% of ions, microorganisms, and organics via reverse osmosis.
Deep Purification: Uses EDI or ion exchange to remove residual ions, achieving 18.2 MΩ·cm resistivity.
Final Polishing: UV oxidation and ultrafiltration degrade trace organics and remove microorganisms, delivering ready-to-use water.
