UNPT Laboratory Ultrapure Water System
  • The specified water production capacity of this product refers to the rated output of the RO membrane at a water temperature of 25°C. For every 1°C decrease in temperature, the RO membrane's production capacity decreases by approximately 3%. When the water temperature drops below 5°C, the RO membrane will cease production. Users must consider the seasonal drop in water temperature, especially during winter, when selecting and ordering the system.

  • Conductivity and resistivity are typical values measured during continuous operation.

  • In areas with poor feed water quality (TDS ≥ 200 ppm), it is recommended to install an enhanced pre-treatment system or a water softener.

  • A terminal microfilter (removing particulates <1 per ml) is available as an optional accessory.

System Function

  • Real-time online monitoring of purified and ultrapure water output quality, with digital display on an LED LCD panel.

  • Dual-function system: generates both RO-purified water and UP-ultrapure water. Features a constant-pressure reservoir with a maximum dispensing flow rate of up to 1.5 L/min when full.

  • Built-in automatic flushing function to effectively extend the service life of consumables.

  • Fully automated water production and storage: automatically stops when the tank is full, and restarts automatically when water level drops.

  • Externally mounted pressure water tank design for compact, space-saving installation and easy maintenance access.

  • All tubing and connectors made from inert materials—polyethylene (PE) and polyoxymethylene (POM)—to prevent secondary water contamination.

  • Modular, universal consumables for fast, tool-free replacement—users can replace components themselves without requiring on-site technician support.
