Ordering Notes

1. The rated water production capacity of the product refers to the standard production volume of the RO membrane at a water temperature of 25°C. For every 1°C decrease in water temperature, the water production capacity of the RO membrane will drop by approximately 3%. When the water temperature falls below 5°C, the RO membrane will cease to produce water. Customers must take into account the decrease in water temperature during winter in their region when selecting and ordering the product.

2. The quality of the feed water will directly impact the quality of the produced water and the lifespan of the consumables.

3. For regions with poor raw water quality (TDS ≥ 200 ppm), it is recommended to equip a fully automatic water softener, which can effectively reduce the consumption of subsequent consumables.
