The system allows for customizable alarm settings for relevant monitoring parameters, with an optional manual reset function to clear alerts.

Acceptable

Raw water requirements

Complies with China National Standard GB5749-2022.City tap water parameters: TDS ≤ 200 ppm, pH 7–8, water temperature 5–45 °C.When the raw water TDS is ≥ 400 ppm, it is recommended to adopt a dual-stage reverse osmosis (RO) process to enhance desalination efficiency and ensure optimal water quality.

System output

capacity

Custom-designed according to the customer's requested model, the system's continuous water production capacity meets the flow requirements under standard operating conditions at a water temperature of @25℃.

Main Configuration of the Host System

The process flow configuration can be selected based on the client’s on-site conditions:

Raw water storage tank, pretreatment system, antiscalant dosing system, and iron/manganese removal system.

Single-stage or dual-stage reverse osmosis system, pH adjustment, fully intelligent data monitoring and control system, variable frequency transfer system, ozone sterilization process, submersible ultraviolet (UV) sterilization system, and flow-through UV sterilization system.

Optional nitrogen-purged water tank or sterile water tank, post-filtration precision filtration system, terminal purification technology, and variable frequency transfer system.

Continuous electro-deionization (EDI) process can be combined with degassing membrane and pH adjustment technology to effectively reduce dissolved carbon dioxide in the purified water.

Host Touchscreen Panel

The system can be configured and displayed to monitor and show raw water conductivity, first-stage reverse osmosis (RO) product water conductivity, second-stage RO water conductivity, and water temperature. According to customer requirements, additional operating parameters such as product water flow rate, concentrate water flow rate, and water pressure can also be displayed and monitored.

Display of continuous electro-deionization module (EDI) parameters including resistivity and temperature, product water flow rate, concentrate water flow rate, and water pressure.

Display of ultra-pure water tank level in percentage (1–100%). Based on customer usage habits and needs, the system can be customized with fixed-level control functions to automatically start or stop water supply to maintain optimal tank levels.

Adjustable automatic flushing cycles and flushing duration for first- and second-stage reverse osmosis systems. High-pressure pump soft-start and delayed-start functions can be designed to reduce inrush current and protect system components during startup.

Optional extended functions including full-system online pressure and flow monitoring, as well as variable frequency pump pressure settings for filter cartridge replacement and other system maintenance tasks.

Reverse Osmosis

pH Control

Between the first-stage and second-stage reverse osmosis systems, pH adjustment process can be optionally selected.

Conveying system

The conveying system can be optionally configured with independent control:

Option 1: Constant-pressure control system composed of pressure tanks, pressure sensors, and feed pumps.

Option 2: Automatic constant-pressure variable frequency control system composed of frequency inverters, PLC controller, and pressure sensors.

Pipe system options include:

High-pressure UPVC piping combined with ultraviolet (UV) sterilization.

304/316 stainless steel piping combined with ozone and UV treatment, effectively reducing bacterial counts in ultrapure water.

Leak Detection and Protection

Leak detection protection device can be optionally installed; the system will immediately shut down upon detecting water leakage on the laboratory floor.

Degassing unit

Optional degassing process design to control the level of dissolved gases in the reverse osmosis and EDI processes, thereby improving membrane desalination efficiency and enhancing the ultrapure water quality in the EDI process.
