The MBR flat sheet membrane module mainly consists of a membrane tank and an aeration tank.
Membrane Tank:
The membrane tank includes MBR membrane elements, silicone tubes, a permeate collection pipe, and side insertion plates. The side insertion plates ensure consistent spacing between each flat sheet membrane, and individual membrane elements can be removed separately for convenient maintenance and replacement. Silicone tubes connect the membrane element outlets to the permeate collection nozzles, forming the complete water production system.
Aeration Tank:
The aeration tank is equipped with aeration pipes and an air distribution chamber. The aeration system delivers air from the blower through the aeration pipes into the air-water mixing zone. After thorough mixing, the airflow reaches the MBR membrane sheets, ensuring uniform air scouring of each flat membrane, effectively preventing membrane fouling, extending service life, and maintaining stable, high-efficiency operation.
Optimized Structural Design: The coordinated operation of the membrane tank and aeration tank, together with well-designed side plates and silicone tubing, ensures system stability and reliability while simplifying operation and maintenance.
Efficient Air-Water Mixing: The aeration system precisely controls airflow to achieve uniform air-water mixing, providing optimal scouring force for the MBR membranes and significantly enhancing treatment efficiency and effluent quality.
