Depending on user water requirements, terminal usage points can be paired with UPHW or ULPHW series ultra-pure water systems to achieve final resistivity of 18.2 MΩ·cm, meeting high-end application needs such as HPLC, IC, MC, ICP, GC, TOC analysis, ultra-trace and trace inorganic/organic analysis, DNA sequencing, cell culture, electrophoresis, etc.
Inlet water pressure must be less than 1.5 kg/cm²; piping modifications or installation of a source water tank may be required.

The system features fully automatic control, including: automatic start-up/shutdown, system self-diagnosis, water pressure protection, power failure protection, low-water protection, tank low-water detection, automatic water production, automatic shutdown when the tank is full, and safety auto-lock—all developed and patented by our company as a multifunctional main control system for ultrapure water systems.
The system automatically performs flushing and displays real-time operating status and parameters (such as flow rate, pressure, water quality, etc.). It also includes data storage and optional external printing functions.
The system is equipped with automatic detection, protection, alarm, and handling functions for abnormal conditions such as water outages, power failures, and overload.
To prevent bacterial growth and maintain stable water quality, the pretreatment unit includes a nighttime standby rinse and regeneration function, while the reverse osmosis unit features automatic and pulsating standby flushing to ensure system cleanliness.
To ensure water supply during emergency situations, the equipment is equipped with a comprehensive backup water supply system.
High-quality imported membranes are used, achieving ion removal rate ≥99.5% and organic contaminant removal rate ≥99.8%.
The system integrates pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and ultrapure purification modules, producing water that fully complies with national standards including GB/T 6682-2008, GB33087, and GB11446.1-2013.
Optional dedicated program software allows remote monitoring and fault diagnostic capabilities, providing data support for troubleshooting, and enables integration with the customer service center.
