The UPL-S series ultrapure water system features a 7-inch large color touchscreen human–machine interface, providing more convenient operation. The cabinet combines plastic and sheet metal construction, integrating both modern design and durability. Optimized with multi-stage deep purification processes, including reverse osmosis and ion exchange, the UPL-S system produces ultrapure water that meets or exceeds the water quality standards specified by GB/T 6682-2008, GB/T 33087-2016, GB/T 11446.1-2013, CAP, ASTM, NCCLS, CLSI, WS/T 574-2018, YY/T 1244-2014, and ISO 3696:1995.

Multiple Water Withdrawal Options: Choose from three modes—quick water withdrawal, scheduled water withdrawal, or precise quality and quantity water withdrawal.
Water Withdrawal Display: Real-time display of water type, temperature, water quality, flow rate, and volume withdrawn.
Six-Channel Water Quality Monitoring: Online monitoring of water quality and temperature for raw water, RO-produced water, pre-ultrapure purification column water, RO water, and UP water (ultrapure water). Optional TOC monitoring for UP ultrapure water.
Flow Rate Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of flow rates for raw water, RO-produced water, pre-ultrapure purification column water, RO-purified water, and UP ultrapure water, with automatic recording of usage volume.
Overlimit Discharge Prevention: Prevents initial不合格 water during RO membrane startup from entering the system.
Data Management: Automatically records and stores historical data including fault records, water withdrawal records, and consumable replacement records. Complete data tables can be downloaded via USB port, ensuring full data traceability.
Consumables & Components Management: Online monitoring and assessment of the remaining lifespan of pretreatment units, reverse osmosis (RO) cartridges, pre-ultrapure purification columns, ultrapure purification columns, UV lamps, and UF ultrafiltration membranes.
Circulating Bacterial Inhibition: Utilizes water withdrawal circulation, standby circulation, and multi-path cold light circulation technology (optional) for highly effective inhibition of bacterial growth.
Sterilization Function: Super-effective bactericidal action and TOC reduction through dual-wavelength (185/254 nm) UV irradiation.
Pyrogen Removal: UF ultrafiltration membrane with a cut-off molecular weight of 5,000 Da effectively removes pyrogens.
System Protection & Alarms: Low-water-level warning, high/low liquid level protection, dedicated consumable recognition alarm, water quality non-compliance alarm, consumables/parts expired usage warning, fault alarms, and optional leak detection protection.
Automatic flushing: Unique pre-treatment filter flushing and reverse osmosis membrane flushing functions ensure superior water production quality.
