Application of Membrane Separation Technology in the Separation and Concentration of Lincomycin Fermentation Broth

The combined separation technology of ultrafiltration and nanofiltration can be used for the concentration and separation of lincomycin fermentation broth. For relatively turbid lincomycin filtrate, ultrafiltration can retain solid particles and large molecules such as proteins, thus purifying the filtrate; nanofiltration can retain all lincomycin, thus concentrating it. By eliminating solvent extraction and reducing some steps, this not only improves product quality, overcomes stepwise losses, and greatly increases yield, but also solves the wastewater treatment problem. Because solvent extraction is eliminated, only a small amount of wastewater is generated during phase transition, thus greatly reducing the scale and operating costs of wastewater treatment, thereby achieving complete wastewater treatment.
