As spring returns and the sun shines in March, Sichuan Ulupure Technology Co., Ltd. organized a meeting at its headquarters on March 16, 2023, for all shareholders, agents from various regions, and other relevant personnel.

I. Shareholders' Meeting

The shareholders' meeting, attended by all shareholders, reviewed and approved the 2022 financial statements and the 2023 business plan. During the meeting, participating shareholders actively explored reforms to the management model and innovations in the marketing model, fully affirming the company's operating performance in recent years and expressing confidence in the company's future development.

II. Distributor Summit

Organized by Ulupure headquarters and attended by distributors nationwide, the Distributor Summit began with Chairman Zhan Wei reviewing Ulupure's development history and expressing heartfelt gratitude to partners for their long-term service and strong support. General Manager Qiu Yong affirmed the outstanding achievements of all partners in the past year and presented awards to outstanding distributors for 2022. Vice General Manager Dai Xiyan summarized the achievements of 2022 and presented them to all partners.

Finally, attendees participated in financial knowledge learning and topic sharing and discussion. Everyone actively spoke, summarizing and analyzing, and raising issues in their work. During the visit to new product launches, they also offered suggestions for future technological research and development directions and service methods.

III. After-Sales Manager Training and Exchange Meeting

Led by Ulupure headquarters and attended by after-sales managers from distributors nationwide, the after-sales manager training and exchange meeting focused on the theme of "Strengthening Service Awareness and Quality Concepts, Continuously Improving Product Quality and Service Skills." General Manager Qiu Yong delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, urging all after-sales managers to strengthen their service awareness and quality concepts, increase their learning of new products, adhere to learning, thinking, and practicing, integrate knowledge, continuously improve product quality, enhance technical skills, and strive to fulfill their mission. Deputy General Manager Dai Xiyan proposed that we should continuously improve our service mechanisms in after-sales service, constantly enhance market recognition, and promote communication and cooperation between sales and after-sales teams to form a synergy and better support the new demands of market development. During the meeting, the company headquarters conducted a series of targeted training sessions based on service conditions and the skill levels of after-sales personnel, collected and answered questions arising during the service process, and guided participants in on-site operations. Participants fully affirmed the effectiveness of this exchange and training meeting, noting that while improving their own capabilities, they also shared the knowledge they learned with every engineer, jointly improving service capabilities and service quality.
