How Is Water Pollution Caused?

    Water Source Pollution: Heavy metals from industrial use, dyes, and agricultural fertilizers are often discharged directly into the sea and rivers without treatment.


    Secondary Water Pollution: Current drinking water treatment methods involve adding extra chlorine, fluoride, and lime to control bacterial growth, but this undoubtedly exposes drinking water to even more chemical contaminants.
