U-Pure Water Filter Troubleshooting Guide: What to Do if Your Water Purifier Is Not Producing Pure Water?

Pure water systems are widely used in laboratories. Through reverse osmosis, they produce safer, purer water with higher purity, meeting the needs of many applications. However, customer feedback indicates that some pure water systems fail to produce pure water, a persistent problem. Here are some solutions:

1. Check if the management of the pure water system is streamlined;

2. Check if the power supply and voltage of the pure water system are normal;

3. Check if the high-pressure switch or float switch is malfunctioning and unable to trip;

4. Check if the inlet solenoid valve is functioning properly. Unscrew the solenoid valve outlet, connect the power supply, and check if water flows. If no water flows, next check by opening the raw water ball valve and checking if the pre-reverse osmosis membrane filter is clogged. If clogged, it needs to be replaced. If water flows, the solenoid valve is damaged.

5. Check if the booster pump pressure is up to standard. If it is below 0.3 MPa, it needs to be replaced.

6. Open the reverse osmosis membrane pure water outlet. If no water flows, the reverse osmosis membrane is damaged.

7. Check if the wastewater volume is too high, causing an imbalance in the pure water/wastewater ratio.

8. Check if the post-activated carbon filter is clogged.

If it's a water purifier you've used for some time, and the power supply is normal, first check if the outlet is blocked, then check the inlet solenoid valve and the raw water ball valve.
