The UPU series ultrapure water system features a streamlined design, directly purifying tap water into laboratory-grade pure and ultrapure water that meets the national standard GB6682-2008. Its fully automatic, user-friendly design provides clear visibility of system operation, making it easy to use. This high-performance laboratory ultrapure water system meets the analytical water needs of various precision instruments such as spectrometers, chromatograms, and mass spectrometers. Below, I will introduce the working principle and technical parameters of the ultrapure water system:
I. Instrument Working Principle:
1. Pretreatment System
(1) PP polypropylene fiber filter cartridges effectively remove rust and sediment from the water.
(2) High-efficiency columnar activated carbon filter cartridges with a carbon content of up to 80% can efficiently adsorb and filter impurities such as residual chlorine, discoloration, and organic matter in the source water.
(3) Reverse Osmosis System: The reverse osmosis system is an original American system.
2. Post-treatment System
(1) A V-Kool ultraviolet sterilizer is used, which effectively reduces TOC and sterilizes. (2) Uses atomic-level ion exchange resin specifically designed for high-purity water from ROHMHASS Corporation, USA.
(3) Terminal ultrafiltration ensures the removal of bacteria, etc.
II. Instrument Technical Parameters:
1. Inlet Water Conditions: Municipal tap water or groundwater
2. Minimum Water Supply Pressure: 0.15MPa
3. Minimum Water Supply Flow Rate: 0.3m³/h
4. pH Range: 6-8
5. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS): ≤200mg/L (A water softener is recommended if this value is exceeded)
6. Temperature: 5℃ ~ 40℃ (The water output of this unit refers to the output of the RO membrane at 25℃. For every 1℃ decrease in temperature, the RO membrane output decreases by approximately 3%. When the water temperature approaches 0℃, the RO membrane will stop producing water.)
7. Residual Chlorine: ≤0.05mg/L (Note: The UPH-W model requires distilled or deionized water as the inlet water.)
8. Conductivity: ≤10μs/cm
9. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS): 3 mg/L
10. Microbial Content: ≤1CFU/mL 11. Total organic carbon (TOC): ≤50 μg/L
