January 23, 2020: Wuhan Lockdown!
While the entire nation was happily preparing for the Lunar New Year, tragedy struck suddenly, plunging the city into panic, anxiety, confusion, and helplessness.
Faced with disaster, some chose to succumb, while others rose up! To maintain team morale during the epidemic, the Wuhan office decided to implement an online work system; urging everyone to check in regularly for health updates, organizing morning and evening meetings, sharing inspirational stories, adjusting mindset, and conducting 19 online sales skills and product training sessions to seize opportunities for learning and professional development; contacting and comforting clients to understand product usage and demand dynamics, and fostering business relationships; and conducting 11 product knowledge video training sessions for key merchants to empower the channel.
April 2020: Early Stages of Wuhan's Reopening!
As the epidemic situation improved, everyone began to experience a contradictory mix of worry and anticipation for the future. To help everyone quickly return to their pre-holiday routine, the Wuhan office decided to implement new management measures: distributing salaries, providing epidemic prevention supplies, arranging transportation by area, managing fieldwork, adjusting annual targets, increasing performance bonuses, and effectively protecting employee interests; donating masks and other anti-epidemic supplies to clients, providing product training to businesses in need, and maintaining business relationships.
Second half of 2020: Post-lockdown recovery in Wuhan!
As society largely returned to normal work and life, the Wuhan office promptly adjusted its market strategy, exploring new models that used terminal and industry projects to drive channel sales. It further increased face-to-face visits to key clients and major projects, enhanced direct communication with clients, adjusted product prices and payment methods, and strengthened product competitiveness, creating a miracle of counter-trend growth in annual performance.
