Recently, the official magazine of the European Chemical Industry Federation published an academic paper on "Ultra-Low TOC Equipment," jointly developed and authored by Fang Jun, consultant of Ulupure's Technology R&D Center, and Liu Baicang, doctoral supervisor at the School of Architecture and Environment, Sichuan University.
