In response to the simultaneous launch of new employees and new products this year, Ulupure's production department promptly conducted "dual-new" training for new employees on operational skills and new product assembly techniques. Breaking away from the previous training model that relied solely on meetings, this training combined theoretical learning with hands-on practice, primarily led by team leaders who explained the concepts, followed by group discussions and sharing of assembly process experiences. This allowed each employee to be both a teacher and a student. Learning through discussion and discussing through learning resulted in targeted, memorable, and collectively beneficial training.
Many veteran employees also actively participated. One employee with over ten years of experience remarked, "This kind of training, through the team leaders' explanations and discussions with others, helps me identify areas where I've made mistakes or even errors in my assembly process. More often than not, I've also discovered that while my methods might be reasonable, others' methods are more convenient and efficient." Strict quality control and effective efficiency improvement have always been Ulupure's production philosophy, and the implementation of this "dual-new" training further fosters mutual learning and progress between employees and the company.
