Recently, personnel from sales, marketing, production, technology, after-sales, quality, and purchasing departments gathered for an on-site discussion regarding the structure, function, assembly, and after-sales issues of the UPR-I-TN model.
At the meeting, the General Manager requested that each process identify problems, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the UPR-I-TN model, and then propose actionable improvement suggestions. First, the after-sales manager suggested improvements to the UPR-I-TN installation process, optimizing the control program, and changing the location of the water tank inlet. The production site manager suggested improvements to the aesthetics, operability, and convenience of component installation. The General Manager suggested structural improvements, optimizing the membrane fixing method, or changing the consumable distribution method. By incorporating the optimization and improvement suggestions from outstanding personnel across the company, the UPR-I-TN model will have a more complete program, a more optimized structure, and higher quality.
