II. Features of Ultrapure Water Equipment in the Solar Photovoltaic Industry
To meet user needs, achieve standard-compliant water quality, minimize contamination at each stage, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce operator maintenance workload, the process design uses water meeting national tap water standards as the source water. It is further equipped with a pretreatment system including a media filter, activated carbon filter, sodium ion softener, and precision filter; an RO reverse osmosis main unit system; and an ion exchange mixed bed (EDI electro-desalination system) system. The system is equipped with a liquid level control system for all water tanks, a pressure protection device for all water pumps, online water quality monitoring and control instruments, and a PLC programmable controller for electrical systems, achieving true unattended operation. At the same time, the selection of process materials adopts a method that combines recommendations and customer requirements, making the equipment more cost-effective and reliable compared with other similar products.
