High-purity water equipment (high-purity water machine) pretreatment system function introduction:

High-purity water equipment (high-purity water machine) has a wide range of applications: ultrapure water for semiconductor materials, devices, printed circuit boards and integrated circuit finished and semi-finished products; ultrapure water for the preparation of ultrapure materials and ultrapure chemical reagents; ultrapure water for laboratories and pilot plants; surface polishing treatment of automobiles and home appliances; optoelectronic products; and other high-tech precision products. Now that we understand the characteristics of high-purity water equipment in the electronics industry, its installation must be carried out according to certain standards.

    1. The equipment installation site should be selected in a flat, clean environment, close to power and water sources.

    2. Do not place it near fire sources or any heat sources to avoid affecting its operating efficiency.

    3. In northern regions, the equipment must not be installed outdoors to prevent internal freezing and damage to instruments and filter elements.

    4. The equipment installation location should facilitate drainage, ensuring the drain pipe is unobstructed.

    5. The operating pressure of the water pump used in the system should be ensured to be 1.0-1.2 MPa, ensuring the pump operates within its rated head range. 6. When the water source pressure is <0.12Mpa and the flow rate is <3.0T/H, the machine will repeatedly experience multi-stage pump starts during operation. In this case, the machine must be stopped to prevent motor burnout. In areas with insufficient water pressure and flow, please add a raw water tank before this equipment.

Features of High-Purity Water Equipment (High-Purity Water Machine):

This type of equipment typically consists of a pretreatment system composed of multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, sodium ion softeners, and precision filters, as well as a main equipment system composed of an RO reverse osmosis main unit and an EDI electro-desalination system. The raw water tank, intermediate water tank, RO pure water tank, and ultrapure water tank are all equipped with level control systems. High and low pressure pumps are equipped with high and low pressure protection devices. Online water quality monitoring and control instruments are used. The electrical system adopts a PLC programmable controller, achieving true automated operation. Furthermore, the selection of process materials adopts a method that unifies recommendations and customer requirements, making this equipment more reliable and cost-effective compared to other similar products.
