Online conductivity meters are installed in both the first and second stage reverse osmosis units.

The reverse osmosis system is equipped with low-pressure and high-pressure protection switches.

The reverse osmosis water recovery rate is adjustable: 60-70% for the first stage and 70-80% for the second stage.

The circulating pipelines are equipped with ultraviolet sterilizers and microfiltration filters to ensure the pure water meets hygiene requirements.

Medical Ultrapure Water System Application Standards

1. This equipment requires the use of high-precision, high-performance, and high-efficiency components.

2. The internal and external design of the device should be as smooth and flat as possible to ensure easy cleaning and sterilization. It is essential that no bacteria remain on the equipment.

3. Medical ultrapure water equipment must be made of low-carbon stainless steel or other materials that do not contaminate water quality.

4. The pure water tank must be well-sealed. The purified water should ideally not be stored for more than 24 hours to prevent bacterial growth that could affect normal use.

5. This pure water system must be equipped with a disinfection device to ensure that the water used meets complete sterility standards.
