U-Pure Water Purifier Consumable Replacement Demonstration

1. Close the inlet ball valve.

2. Press the RO water dispensing button until no more dripping.

3. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord.

4. Remove the blue, white, and black PE water pipes from the back of the unit (remove the blue retaining ring, hold the retainer, and gently pull the pipe outwards to remove the three pipes).

5. Pry off the four caps on the back of the unit, use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the four screws one by one, and pull out the unit cover.

6. Replace the RO membrane: Disconnect the three water pipes from the RO membrane, take out the new membrane, and insert it into the PE pipe according to the corresponding color to complete the RO membrane replacement.

7. Replace the "pretreatment" unit: Remove the two connectors at the top of the pretreatment unit, pry off the clamp, pull out the pretreatment column, insert the new pretreatment unit, insert the corresponding connector, and install the clamp.

8. Replace the ultrapure column using the same method as the pretreatment unit.

9. Push back the back cover of the unit and reconnect all disassembled pipes.

10. Open the inlet ball valve (the water is flowing when the handle is parallel to the blue PE pipe) to check for leaks.

11. Replacement complete.

The replacement of consumables for the UPU ultrapure water system is based on needs, not necessarily all of them. Generally, it is recommended to replace the pretreatment column every 3-6 months and the reverse osmosis column every 18-24 months. However, different regions, water quality, and environmental factors may affect the replacement. If any abnormality occurs in the equipment, please contact our staff to determine if consumables need to be replaced.
