Analytica China 2014 International Exhibitors Focused on Food and Healthcare

The 7th China International Analytical, Biochemical, Diagnostic and Laboratory Technology Exhibition & analytica China International Symposium will be held from September 24-26, 2014 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This year's exhibition focuses on food safety testing and analysis, with major exhibitors showcasing their latest products in this field.

Food Safety Analysis: A Theme for the Future

Therefore, Elementar will launch its Rapid N exceed nitrogen/protein analyzer at analytica China, capable of protein analysis in 4 minutes. This analyzer can operate continuously around the clock, significantly reducing analysis costs and improving efficiency. Omnilab's FoodALYT software simplifies the food analysis process. The software automatically records data for use with FoodALYT series instruments. On-site testing is also becoming more convenient: HMR will launch a portable Spin Track NMR spectrometer, making on-site testing more convenient. This spectrometer can perform all standardized NMR detections and can measure components such as fat and water in various foods and feeds.

As another standard method for food analysis, chromatography has also made significant progress, with substantial improvements in speed and resolution. Fortis' Speedcore core-shell column chromatography enables HPLC and UHPLC analysis, improving separation speed and efficiency, and can be used in a wide range of fields beyond food analysis.
