Infringement of the Ulupure Trademark Will Be Prosecuted

In recent years, the nation has focused on strengthening the protection and utilization of intellectual property rights and accelerating the construction of a strong intellectual property nation, increasing investment in and actively participating in the intellectual property cause. As one of the members with over 100 intellectual property rights, Ulupure is taking action in the protection of intellectual property rights.

Regarding the infringement of our company's trademark rights by Chengdu Ulupure Electronic Products Co., Ltd., Chengdu Ulupure Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Youyue Technology Co., Ltd., Ulupure filed a lawsuit with the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court in May 2016. In November of the same year, the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court ruled against the three defendants, ordering them to jointly compensate our company 471,000 yuan.

Currently, Ulupure has successfully applied for 43 trademark registrations and holds 117 patents (including 13 invention patents, 75 utility model patents, and 29 design patents).
