The 2014 Ulupure Person of the Year Awards Announced

The selection process for the 2014 Ulupure Person of the Year awards has concluded once again, in this season of reflection and harvest—the winners have been announced.

They are all outstanding representatives of our Ulupure team—their sincere dedication in their ordinary work has yielded fruitful results in their professional growth; their outstanding contributions to the healthy development of Ulupure will be remembered by us! Here, we once again extend our sincere congratulations and pay tribute to them! They are—

Lan Xiurong (first from the left in the front row below, recipient of the "Outstanding Newcomer Award")

[Award Citation: She joined Ulupure less than a year ago. During her tenure, she actively obeyed all work arrangements from her superiors, experienced two job adjustments, humbly learned from every Ulupure colleague, and maintained harmonious relationships with them. She quickly mastered her skills and worked diligently. Through unremitting efforts, she ultimately achieved outstanding results in fulfilling the 2014 annual targets.] While she still has obvious shortcomings in her professional development, through her own efforts, she has proven to us that she is undoubtedly one of the most outstanding newcomers at Ulupure!

Yin Daifeng (first from the right in the back row of the picture below, recipient of the "Exemplary Professionalism Award")

[Award Citation: He has the appearance of a sunny young man, and his agile figure can often be seen on the basketball court. His singing voice once captivated us. However, in his ordinary work position, he seems to have "restrained" his "flamboyant personality" and has never made grand pronouncements or achieved remarkable feats. But he has always silently persevered and diligently worked to maintain and improve the quality of the company's products, disregarding personal gain and conscientiously fulfilling his duties.] 

Su Yongming (third from left in the back row below, recipient of the "Teaching and Mentoring Award")

[Award Citation: He is always tireless and passionate about tackling technical challenges; he is always responsive and answers every technical inquiry from various parties. He is unanimously recognized by his colleagues as a chatterbox, and he has even taken this "quirk" to heart—using it in mentoring and training new employees, achieving remarkable results. His incessant talking and tireless teaching have earned him everyone's heartfelt respect, making him a model of "teaching and mentoring."]

Li Qiang (second from left in the back row below, recipient of the "Service Exemplar Award")

[Award Citation: He has a simple and unpretentious appearance; describing him as "taciturn" is not an exaggeration at all.] He owns a convertible he's always cherished, and this ordinary convertible carries his responsibility and dedication to his work—shuttling between the factory and the operations office—rain or shine, ready to hit the road at the call of his colleagues. Dazzling style isn't necessarily synonymous with work performance; diligence and perseverance, however, are the only path to success. Therefore, we sincerely thank him for the timely and effective service he provided.

Liu Shengrong (second from right in the back row of the picture below, one of the recipients of the "Excellent Suggestion Award")

[Award Citation: To ensure the automatic operation of equipment, sensitive and accurate signal transmission is essential. His brilliant idea provided a much-needed safety net for our fragile systems. From then on, after-sales engineers no longer worried about the sensitivity of our level sensors—his suggestion of a plastic-encapsulated reed switch, proposed in 2014, was adopted by the company after verification, effectively reducing the occurrence of level sensor failures in practical applications.] [Award Citation]

Lin Bo (fourth from right in the back row below, one of the recipients of the "Outstanding Suggestion Award")

[Award Citation: He is a key technical member of Ulupure, a dedicated researcher, and a regular participant in technical discussions. In 2014, his suggestion regarding product component replacement, after review, was adopted by the company. In practical application, it significantly reduced the failure rate of the constant pressure system, saving the company after-sales costs.]

Zhong Zhenguo (first from left in the back row below, one of the recipients of the "Outstanding Market Development Award")

[Award Citation: He is a true Chengdu native, yet possesses the straightforwardness of a northerner; he is a true member of the new generation, yet always maintains a simple and steadfast character. He has strong likes and dislikes, yet is also humorous. While expressing his dissatisfaction with worldly affairs, he also flirts with his favorite colleagues. He bravely ventures into dangerous situations, even on business trips to Xinjiang; to secure a large order of 100 units, he cooperated with his superiors and negotiated with various parties.] Hard work pays off – his diligent efforts finally yielded outstanding results in 2014.

[Award Citation: He possesses a name as resounding as an Olympic champion. In his new position after the adjustment, he firmly believes that there are always more solutions than problems! He actively serves our clients, gradually standardizing and systematizing our previously loosely structured business segment over the past four years. In 2014, through his unremitting efforts, he excellently completed the company's target tasks, achieving exceptionally high growth in this segment.]

[Award Citation: She is conscientious and hardworking, possessing unwavering dedication and perseverance! She is petite and quiet in appearance, yet possesses a strong inner drive for self-challenge!] Within the team, she is diligent and supportive, embodying and practicing Ulupure's culture of "sharing and collaboration" to its fullest extent. Under the leadership of her team leader, through meticulous cultivation of mature markets, the region she is responsible for has left no room for competitors to gain an advantage. In 2014, she outstandingly achieved the company's target goals. She has consistently led the sales of Ulupure's high-end, high-priced models!

Zhao Liping (second from right in the front row below, recipient of the "Special Market Development Award")

[Award Citation: She is energetic and passionate, always quick and efficient, addressing customers' urgent needs! She is diligent and persistent, always hardworking and considerate of her colleagues' needs! In 2014, despite the overall economic downturn in the country, the region she was responsible for achieved a 40% counter-trend growth, becoming the first person to complete the annual target within the third quarter! Total sales for the year reached 172 units, amounting to 1.43 million yuan; after deducting 80,000 yuan from project sales, the remainder were accumulated from individual units!] Her outstanding work performance once again proves the philosophy that "as long as you dare to take a step, the road ahead will be smooth!"

[Award Citation: She has grown through trials—forging her resilient character; she faces pressure head-on, bravely taking responsibility—always demonstrating the true colors of "women not inferior to men"; facing the harsh market environment of 2014, she led her team to overcome difficulties and work tirelessly on the front lines of sales; the team she diligently led produced a wonderful chemical reaction. Under her "sisterly" care and "motherly" strict requirements, the entire team members brought us surprise after surprise—in 2014, she led her team to continue maintaining the highest sales record in a single province, setting an example for middle-level managers! She has won this award for two consecutive years.]
