Recently, the website of the State Food and Drug Administration published the "Rapid Detection Method for Residues of Trichlorfon, Profenofos, Methomyl, Carbofuran, and Dichlorvos in Vegetables" (KJ201710). This method specifies a rapid detection method for these residues in vegetables. It is applicable to the rapid determination of these residues in vegetables such as rapeseed, spinach, celery, and leeks.
The performance indicators of the enzyme inhibition (rate) method (spectrophotometric method) are as follows:
Detection limit: Trichlorfon 0.1 mg/kg, Profenofos 0.5 mg/kg, Methomyl 0.2 mg/kg, Carbofuran 0.02 mg/kg, Dichlorvos 0.2 mg/kg.
Sensitivity: Sensitivity should be ≥95%.
Specificity: Specificity should be ≥85%.
False negative rate: False negative rate should be ≤5%.
False positive rate: The false positive rate should be ≤15%.
Performance indicators of the detection card method are as follows:
Detection limit: Trichlorfon 0.1 mg/kg, Profenofos 0.5 mg/kg, Methomyl 0.2 mg/kg, Carbofuran 0.02 mg/kg, Dichlorvos 0.2 mg/kg.
Sensitivity: Sensitivity should be ≥95%.
Specificity: Specificity should be ≥85%.
False negative rate: The false negative rate should be ≤5%.
False positive rate: The false positive rate should be ≤15%.
