Ulupure Held An Intellectual Property Training Session

To build a robust corporate intellectual property (IP) system and cultivate employees' awareness of IP protection, Sichuan Ulupure Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ulupure") held an IP training session on August 31st.

The training session invited experts from Chaofan Intellectual Property Services Co., Ltd. to explain basic IP knowledge, the scope of IP, patent mining and layout, and trademark infringement.

During the session, the IP experts provided a comprehensive overview of IP, focusing on the types, applications, and uses of patents and trademarks. They also used specific cases to explain the principles and standards for determining patent infringement and the scope of trademark infringement. In the subsequent Q&A session, participants asked the experts questions about unclear concepts, scope, and determination principles, which were answered one by one, giving participants a deeper understanding of IP.
