On August 10th, the Ulupure Plant Production Center held a review meeting for the Basic and Management sections of the Employee Handbook. More than 30 managers from various departments within the Ulupure system participated.
The review meeting meticulously examined each chapter and item in the Basic and Management sections, focusing on topics of genuine concern to employees, such as corporate development plans, adherence to regulations, performance appraisals, career advancement paths, management conduct guidelines, and the achievement of management goals. Revisions and adjustments were made to some chapters and clauses during the meeting.
After a year of development and several revisions, the Basic and Management sections of the Employee Handbook were successfully finalized. Chairman Zhan Wei instructed that the finalized Employee Handbook will be submitted to the Ulupure Employee Representative Assembly for review before formal promulgation and implementation.
We believe that the implementation of the new Employee Handbook will play a crucial role in Ulupure's next phase of development.
