    The water production capacity of a laboratory ultrapure water system generally refers to the rated water production capacity of the RO membrane at a water temperature of 25℃. For every 1℃ decrease in water temperature, the RO membrane's water production decreases by approximately 3%. When the water temperature drops below 5℃, the RO membrane will stop producing water.     1. Avoid direct sunlight on all components of the laboratory ultrapure water system.


    With global warming, summer temperatures in some areas can reach 40°C. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause most components of the laboratory ultrapure water system to malfunction. Therefore, avoid direct sunlight during installation and use.


    2. Do not use the laboratory ultrapure water system in excessively high room temperatures.


    High temperatures can easily cause residual water inside the equipment to deteriorate, contaminating the machine's internal components and affecting water production and quality. Therefore, in hot weather, please ensure indoor ventilation or use air conditioning to lower the room temperature before using the equipment.


    3. Regularly drain the machine even when not in use for extended periods.


    If the laboratory ultrapure water system is not used for a long time, it is recommended to flush it regularly, if possible, to prevent bacterial growth and improve water quality, especially in hot and humid weather.


    4. Replace consumables regularly.


    Consumables are an important component of the laboratory ultrapure water system and are also prone to bacterial growth. Regularly replacing consumables after a period of use can not only improve the quality of produced water but also extend the service life of the laboratory ultrapure water system.
