    Ultrapure water systems often experience noise issues during operation. Many customers worry that internal components may be damaged, potentially leading to the machine's malfunction.     1. Booster Pump Malfunction: Check the booster pump for malfunctions, such as excessive vibration or friction noise. If any are found, replace the booster pump.


    2. Gas in Raw Water: If the laboratory uses a towerless water supply system, the raw water may contain a significant amount of gas. Friction between the gas and the pipes can cause noise. You can turn off the ultrapure water system and wait for the water supply to return to normal before resuming use; alternatively, install a water supply tower to prevent large amounts of gas from entering the raw water at the source.


    3. Raw Water Supply Interruption: An interruption in the raw water supply will cause the booster pump to run dry, generating noise. In this case, open the three-way valve to allow water to enter the machine.


    4. Unstable Water Pressure: Unstable water pressure can cause the equipment to start frequently, producing noise. Check the external voltage as soon as possible.


    5. Excessively Long Water Pipe: During operation, the booster pump may cause water pipe resonance. If the resonating water pipe is too long, it may collide with the machine casing or other objects, generating noise. It is recommended to replace any excessively long resonating water pipes. 6. Unstable Equipment Placement: If the noise is caused by unstable equipment placement, adjust it promptly and place it in a stable environment. Avoid placing it in an open area.


    The main cause of noise in ultrapure water systems is a problem with the booster pump. If the booster pump has been used for several years, it is very likely damaged and needs to be replaced. When encountering equipment malfunctions, you can troubleshoot the problem yourself, but do not disassemble the equipment yourself.
