    2. Check if the water pump pressure is sufficient (0.6 MPa).

    3. Check if the wastewater valve or wastewater proportioner is over-conducting.

    III. What causes water leakage near pipe connections?


    1. Check if the PE pipe end is cut flush.

    2. Check if the pipe plug is properly inserted.

    VIII. Machine Repeatedly Starts and Stops After Filling with Water

    IX. High-Pressure Pump Works Normally, But Cannot Produce Water


    1. High-pressure pump loses pressure.

    2. Inlet solenoid valve malfunctions, unable to allow water inflow (no pure water or wastewater) (is it connected incorrectly?).

    3. Clogged pre-filter (no pure water or wastewater, or very little wastewater).

    6. Malfunctioning control box, unable to close the backflush solenoid valve (always in flushing state).

    X. Insufficient Pure Water Flow


    1. Clogged pre-filter. 2. Insufficient pressure from the high-pressure pump.

    3. RO membrane blockage.

    4. Wastewater valve or wastewater proportioner overly conductive.

    5. Blockage of the post-activated carbon filter.

    6. Insufficient pressure in the pressure tank or internal damage.


    XI. High-pressure pump does not start, unable to produce water


    1. Check for power outage and ensure the plug is inserted.

    2. Check if the low-pressure switch is malfunctioning and cannot connect the power.

    3. Check if the water pump and transformer are short-circuited, or if the overall wiring is incorrect.

    4. Check if the high-pressure switch or water level controller is malfunctioning and cannot reset.

    5. Check if the control box is faulty.


    XII. High-pressure pump stops, but wastewater continues to flow


    1. Solenoid valve malfunction, unable to effectively shut off the water flow.

    2. Control box malfunction, unable to close the solenoid valve (referring to microcomputer type).

    3. Check valve depressurization (low wastewater flow).
