1. Unique structure: The rain-spray design provides a large filtration area, reducing penetration and stabilizing the filter bed for improved filtration efficiency.
2. Filter media: Utilizing SiO2 particles with a purity of over 99%, these particles are dense, hard, and smooth, ensuring thorough backwashing. The use of relatively dense magnetite or manganese sand as primary filter media minimizes media loss and extends service life. Combined with a properly formulated base, it effectively removes suspended solids, colloids, and iron ions from the water.
3. The rain-spray dual-layer filter employs a low-resistance water distribution system at the bottom, unaffected by backwash intensity, ensuring thorough rinsing and preventing sand leakage and layer disruption. It achieves a suspended solids removal rate of over 60%.
