Microfiltration Technology Standard

Requirements:

• The main performance indicators of the equipment, including water production capacity, filtration accuracy, and filtration efficiency, should meet the designed rated values.

• The structure of the equipment should be reasonable and compact.

• All components used in the equipment, such as membrane elements, pumps, pipe fittings, valves, and instruments, should conform to relevant standards or specifications.

• For equipment used in drinking water treatment, the materials in contact with water should conform to GB/T17219.

• The equipment frame should be firmly installed, with smooth welds. If painted, the coating should be uniform.

• The equipment's piping should be installed straight, rationally laid out, and leak-free. Metal pipe installation and welding should conform to GB 50235, and pipe installation and connections should conform to HG 20520.

• The electrical control components of the equipment should operate reliably.

• The pumps of the equipment should be installed stably and firmly, and there should be no abnormal vibration during operation.

• The electrical safety of the equipment should conform to GB 4706.1.
