U-Pure Water Purifier Daily Maintenance Methods

1. Activated Carbon Filter: It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months (can be replaced simultaneously with the PL filter).

2. PL Filter: Turn off the water supply. Use the included plastic wrench to remove the first-stage filter housing for water pretreatment. Remove the PL filter and rinse it repeatedly with high-pressure water until it is relatively clean. Then reinstall the PL filter and filter housing. It is recommended to clean it every 1-2 months and replace it every 3-6 months.

3. Automatic Water Softener Resin Regeneration: Depending on water consumption, add approximately 3kg of industrial salt to the brine tank every 1-3 months. Each regeneration takes 2-3 hours. The regeneration time should be set to be set when the machine is shut down late at night.

4. Manual Water Softener Resin Regeneration: Turn off the water supply, disconnect the PE pipe, unscrew the water softener cap, pour out the remaining water in the tank, and soak the resin in a 15% NaCl solution for 3-5 hours to regenerate it. After regeneration, the NaCl solution should be completely drained until the TDS value of the outlet water is the same as the TDS value of the inlet water. 5. Reverse Osmosis Membrane: Replace when water production or quality significantly decreases. Due to differences in source water quality and temperature, the same reverse osmosis membrane may produce significantly different amounts of water at different users.

6. Purification Column: Consider replacing when the UP ultrapure water quality significantly decreases. Due to differences in source water quality, the same purification column may produce significantly different amounts of water at different users.

7. Composite Filter Cartridge: Soaking in a 10% NaCl solution for more than 24 hours can partially regenerate the softening resin, but the regeneration effect is not good. It is recommended to replace it every 3-6 months.
