Since the 2018 Munich Water Show, the UPL ultrapure water system has successfully attracted the attention of suppliers and customers. This is undoubtedly exciting for UPL and its R&D team, who are still in the R&D stage. The excitement stems from the fact that a product still in development has already received recognition, which is not only an affirmation of the product itself but also of the work of the R&D team. On the other hand, facing the urgent needs of customers, how to deliver a product with perfect functionality and performance within a limited timeframe is undoubtedly a test for the R&D team.
Currently, the primary task of UPL R&D is to confirm the mold manufacturing plant. In mid-March, the production manager and the entire R&D team visited the mold factory. This visit provided a comprehensive assessment of the mold factory's production capacity, technical level, and product quality, and a preliminary cooperative relationship was established. After a long wait, all UPL components arrived in early May. The deputy director of the R&D department is working daily on the production line, assembling and debugging the UPL equipment.
To continuously optimize and improve the UPL control system, engineers from the circuit board company have repeatedly worked with the deputy director of the R&D department to debug and optimize the control system. After repeated modifications and improvements, the final program was finalized. After debugging, a period of online testing was conducted. The UPL control system operated smoothly, demonstrated full functionality, high responsiveness, and ease of operation. With the completion of testing, the standard instruction manual for the UPL model, drafted by the Technical R&D Department and revised by the Technical R&D and Marketing Planning Departments, has now been finalized.
