When using a UPO water purifier, we record its operating data. Recording the initial data allows us to quickly identify problems when any data point shows an error. So, what data should be recorded when using a UPO water purifier?

I. Start-up Record
The characteristics of the ultrapure water RO system need to be recorded from the outset. The start-up report should include a complete system description, using flow charts and system diagrams to illustrate pretreatment, the RO reverse osmosis system and post-treatment, initial pretreatment, and RO performance records.
All instruments and meters must be calibrated and recorded according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
II. RO Operating Data
Operating data reflects the performance of the ultrapure water RO system. All data must be recorded throughout the entire RO system operation period. This data provides information for analyzing and evaluating the performance of the ultrapure water RO system.
1. Flow rate (product water and concentrate flow rates at each stage).
2. Pressure (feed water, concentrate, product water at each stage).
3. Temperature (feed water).
4. pH value (feed water, product water, concentrate).
5. Conductivity (feed water, product water, each stage of feed water, product water, concentrate).
6. Operating hours.
7. Random events (abnormal SDI, pH, and pressure; shutdown, etc.).
8. All instruments and meters must be calibrated (corrected) at least once every three to six months.
9. Flow rate, pressure, temperature, pH, conductivity, and SDI (feed water) should be measured daily.
10. TDS of each feed water, concentrate, and product water section should be analyzed monthly.
11. Activated carbon filters should be steam-cleaned weekly, and stainless steel pipelines should be disinfected.
