Recently, the National Standardization Administration of China (SAC) released a notice regarding the first batch of national standard development and revision plans for 2017, totaling 238 items. The notice indicates that the batch includes 238 items, comprising 160 developments and 78 revisions; 236 are recommended standards, and 2 are guiding technical documents. Among these, the National Industrial Classification of Economic Activities is included in the revision list, marking the fourth revision since its initial publication in my country.

Data shows that the National Industrial Classification of Economic Activities, first published in 1984, has undergone three revisions, in 1994, 2002, and 2011. The revisions primarily reflect my country's recent economic development and trends, adjusting categories, major categories, medium categories, and minor categories, and adopting the international standard ISIC Rer. 4.

This latest standard development and revision plan includes the development of standards for some spectral components. The notice indicates that two new standard component standards are planned: "Lasers and Laser-Related Equipment - Standard Optical Components - Part 2: Components in the Infrared Spectral Range" and "Lasers and Laser-Related Equipment - Standard Optical Components - Part 1: Components in the Ultraviolet, Visible, and Near-Infrared Spectral Ranges." Both standards are recommended standards and will be jointly drafted by the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; the Southwest Institute of Technical Physics; the Institute of Applied Electronics, China Academy of Engineering Physics; the China Ordnance Industry Standardization Institute; and the Dalian Municipal Institute of Product Quality Inspection.

In addition to the new standards for some spectroscopic instrument components, this revision plan also includes the development of a new standard, "Determination of 3,3-Dichloro-4,4-Diaminodiphenylmethane in Polymer Materials by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry," which will be jointly drafted by the Shenzhen Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection and the China Inspection and Testing Warner Quality Technology Center. Furthermore, this national standard revision plan also includes the revision of four standards, including the classification of microscope eyepieces, and plans for the development of several conformity assessment standards for testing laboratories.
