To improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and achieve the goals of lean manufacturing, Ulupure's manufacturing center conducted a lean manufacturing training session on June 21st. The training covered the definition, classification, causes, identification, and elimination methods of waste. Ulupure's Production Director, Lu Gang, along with factory administration and production management, participated in the training. After the training, participants exchanged ideas and shared their perspectives.
