Ultrapure water is produced from raw water using ultrapure water equipment, free of impurities. It's used in many fields. Since the goal is to make the water purer, contamination during the water collection process is crucial; otherwise, the purification process is meaningless. Therefore, the following points should be noted when collecting water from ultrapure water equipment to avoid secondary contamination.

It's recommended to use ultrapure water immediately after production to ensure optimal quality. Water left for too long after production will deteriorate and become contaminated. When collecting ultrapure water, whether using a manual or automatic valve, the water flow is very fast at the beginning. If not careful, the water may hit the container walls, potentially splashing out. With a manual valve, adjust the flow rate to the minimum to allow a slow, gentle flow, preventing splashing.

When collecting ultrapure water, avoid using containers with large openings. Use containers with smaller openings to minimize air entry and contamination.

Before using ultrapure water, the container should be rinsed with pure water at least three times to prevent contaminants from polluting the ultrapure water.

It is recommended not to take too much ultrapure water at once. Taking too much and not using it for a long time can easily cause secondary contamination. It is best to take only what you need and use it as needed to avoid waste and contamination.
