This standard specifies the product specifications and models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of ultrafiltration water treatment equipment.
This standard applies to ultrafiltration equipment for water treatment.
Basic Requirements
The manufacture of ultrafiltration water treatment equipment shall comply with the provisions of JB 2923, and the structure shall be reasonable with smooth welds; the installation of components such as pumps, pipes, and frames shall comply with the requirements of JB 2923.
The materials and external components selected for ultrafiltration water treatment equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17219.
Technical Indicators
The pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and leakage prevention performance of ultrafiltration water treatment equipment shall meet the design specifications.
The water production capacity of ultrafiltration water treatment equipment at the rated pressure (25℃) of the membrane element shall be greater than or not less than the designed rated value.
The membrane in the equipment should achieve a retention rate of at least 85% for substances with a specified molecular weight cutoff.
The electric (pneumatic) system of the ultrafiltration water treatment equipment should rotate flexibly, smoothly, and without jamming.
The electrical control equipment of the ultrafiltration water treatment equipment should be sensitive and have automatic protection functions.
The operating noise of the equipment should not exceed 80 dB.
