"Excellent Learning, Unceasing Love"—On December 15, 2021, the 11th "Ulupure Rural Primary School Love Library," built with Ulupure's support, was inaugurated at Chuijiao Primary School in Datong Town, Qijiang District, Chongqing. Mr. Zhan Wei, President of Ulupure Group, authorized Vice President Lu Gang, along with Ms. Yu Haiying, Human Resources Director, Mr. Luo Xiangfeng, Editor of *Ulupure Vision*, and Ms. Li Ting, HR Supervisor, to attend the unveiling ceremony.
On December 15th, after a 460-kilometer, 6-hour drive, the Ulupure team arrived at Chuijiao Primary School. Accompanied by school leaders, they visited the school's Love Library. During the visit, Ulupure General Manager Lu Gang stated: "Books are the ladder of human progress, and we hope the Love Library will bring warmth to students who thirst for knowledge."

Subsequently, witnessed by the teachers and students of Chuijiao Primary School, the "Ulupure Rural Primary School Charity Library No. 011" was successfully unveiled. At the unveiling ceremony, Chuijiao Primary School expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Ulupure for its charitable actions and presented them with a banner. Ulupure General Manager Lu Gang stated: "The Rural Primary School Charity Library is a public welfare activity that Ulupure is committed to. It is an honor for Ulupure to be able to contribute our modest efforts to help children grow up healthily."

Following the unveiling ceremony, the Ulupure delegation, accompanied by school leaders, toured the school. Seeing the children attentively listening to lessons in the classrooms and laughing joyfully in the corridors, Ulupure representatives stated that every act of kindness they undertake is not merely about extending warmth to the children; the hope they see in the children also warms their hearts and gives them more motivation.
The Ulupure Rural Primary School Library Construction Project is a public welfare project initiated and implemented by Ulupure Chairman Zhan Wei and all employees. Ulupure strives to build 100 libraries in the most needy rural primary schools, equipping them with complete facilities; 11 have already been completed. In the future, Ulupure will continue its efforts to contribute to rural education.
